Do Overs – Week Two
SCRIPTURE:
Romans 3:10-12, 21-24
GO DEEPER:
1. The image of God’s grace is His arms extended, longing to to be folded in around us. How does that image of grace make you feel?
2. Inside these arms of grace, God desires to give righteousness to us. Why might we struggle with the declaration that we are considered righteous once we put our faith in Jesus?
3. Discuss your thoughts on the scorecard we keep in comparison with the scorecard that God keeps.
PRAYER GUIDE:
Pray a prayer of forgiveness. Ask God to forgive you for anything that keeps you from being in a right relationship with Him. Ask God to reveal to you that you are righteous in His eyes. Remember, righteousness belongs to God alone – but he freely gives it to us.
